Tip from Lance:
If your picture is rolling, chances are your receiver is set to PAL.  It needs to be set to NTSC.  Here's how to do it.

1. Using the power switch on the back side of your receiver, turn the receiver off then back on.
2. Press MENU
3. Press UP ARROW 2 times
4. Press OK
5. Press DOWN ARROW 1 time
6. Press OK
7. Press LEFT ARROW until the picture stops rolling and you have a colored picture.

You are now back to NTSC.
