We do not put any paperwork in the shipment unless requested by you.
You can request a packing list without our information on it to be included with your shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. This includes but is not limited to refusal on the grounds of improper conduct, unverifiable information, or any other reason deemed appropriate by DMS International or its staff. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone.
DMS International assumes no responsibility for fees associated with international orders that are subject to applicable customs fees, brokerage fees, and import taxes as well as any costs incurred due to the transport, arrival, storage and refusal of a package. DMS International claims no responsibility for return shipping concerning returned items shipped by customer between the point of shipment and receiving. All costs incurred by return shipping will be paid in full by the customer.
DMS International will not be bound by any terms and conditions set forth in any Customer's purchase order, unless previously agreed and accepted by DMS International in writing. Otherwise delivery of orders will be made in accordance with the DMS International's shipping policy on the date of shipment.
