You MUST have a RA number before returning any product. Un-used RA numbers will expire after 15 days.
You will be provided with a RA number and shipping instructions by email or fax.
A copy of your invoice showing the dealer or store name is required.
Products diagnosed as "no problem found" will charged a $25.00 bench charge plus return shipping.
