Warranty FAQ

What does Warranty Cover?

Most products carry a 1 full year warranty that covers:
bulletDefects in material or workmanship that occur during normal use
bulletParts and Labor to repair failed unit
bulletReturn shipping from the repair center back to the customer (inside the United States only).  If you live outside the United States you will be responsible for all charges involved, including all shipping, customs and duty charges.

What Warranty does not Cover!

Warranty does not cover:
bulletShipping to the warranty center
bulletFailures caused by "Acts of God" like lightning, power surge, flood, etc.
bulletFailures caused by faulty installation
bulletFailures caused by use of products and/or software not supplied by warrantor
bulletLoading of software that is not authorized by and available from DMS International
bulletWater damage
bulletDamage caused by abuse to the product
bulletBatteries and cosmetic parts (cabinet, etc.)
bulletShipping damages 
bulletUnauthorized modifications

What to do for Warranty Repairs

1.  Call 770-874-1079 for a RA#
2.  Pack your item(s) so it will not get damaged during shipping
3.  Provide Proof of Purchase (copy of your invoice showing the dealer or store name)
4.  Provide your return address
5.  Provide your telephone number
6.  Provide a complete description of the problem
7.  Ship to:

Returns that are not covered by warranty will be charged at repair rate.
"No problem found" will be charged will be charged $25.00 for bench time.
Un-used RA numbers expire in 15 days.

Out of Warranty

3.  Provide your return address
4.  Provide your telephone number
5.  Provide a complete description of the problem
