What to do for warranty repairs
  1. Email for a RA Number or call 770-874-1079
  2. Pack your item(s) so it will not get damaged during shipping
  3. Provide "Proof of Purchase") copy of your invoice showing the dealer or store information
  4. Provide your return address
  5. Provide your telephone number
  6. Provide a complete description of the problem
  7. Write the RA Number close to the shipping label
  8. Ship to:

Returns that are not covered by warranty will be charged at repair rate.
"No problem found" will be charged $25.00 bench charge and return shipping costs.
Un-used RA Numbers expire in 15 days.
